Precision-machined sprockets engineered to mesh perfectly with every chain pitch. Available in simplex, duplex and triplex configurations — standard stock or custom-machined to your drawing, bore size, keyway and tooth profile.
Single-strand sprocket precision-machined to match ANSI and DIN standard roller chains. Available in 8T to 120T tooth count with custom bore and keyway.
Double-strand sprocket for duplex roller chains, offering higher load capacity in the same shaft space. Ideal for high-torque power transmission drives.
Triple-strand sprocket delivering maximum power transmission capacity. Used in heavy industrial drives where space is limited but load requirements are very high.
Sprockets with taper lock bush fixing for fast, easy shaft mounting and removal without keys. Self-centering design ensures perfect alignment every time.
Bearing-mounted idler sprockets for chain tensioning and guidance in conveyor and drive systems. Available with sealed ball bearings for maintenance-free operation.
Designed specifically for double pitch roller chains (2060, 2080 series). Widely used in slow-speed conveying and material handling applications requiring long chain spans.
Heavy-duty sprockets for conveyor chain drives in agriculture, mining, food processing and bulk material handling. Designed for continuous duty and harsh environments.
Fully custom sprockets manufactured to your drawing or sample. Any tooth profile, material, finish, bore configuration or hub design. Share your requirements and we'll deliver.
Every sprocket is machined from quality-certified material and finished to your specification.
IS 2062 grade mild steel. Most common and economical choice for general industrial drives in dry, non-corrosive environments.
Medium carbon steel with case hardening (HRC 55–62 on tooth flanks). Significantly extends wear life in high-speed, heavy-load drives.
SS304 and SS316 options for food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries where corrosion resistance is essential.
Grey cast iron sprockets for large-diameter, slow-speed drives. Good vibration damping and economical for large tooth counts.
We manufacture sprockets in three standard hub styles. When placing an order, specify the hub style along with the bore diameter and keyway dimensions.
Flat plate sprocket with no hub projection on either side. Used where axial space is very limited. Bore and keyway machined directly in the plate.
Hub extends on one side only (typically the back face). The most common configuration for standard shaft mounting with keyway and set screw.
Hub extends on both sides of the sprocket body equally. Provides maximum shaft engagement and stability for heavy loads and reversing drives.
Reference PCD values for common chain pitches and tooth counts. Custom sizes available on request.
